No, you can book as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:
  • View your booking history
  • Faster checkout for future bookings
  • Receive personalized event recommendations
  • Manage your tickets in one place

After successful payment, you'll receive your e-tickets via email. You can also download them from the confirmation page or your account's "My Bookings" section. Each ticket includes a unique QR code for entry.

Events

If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund automatically. The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email notification about the cancellation and refund.
