Refund Policy

Important: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances outlined below.
1. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer:
- Full refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email notification about the cancellation and refund
2. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed:
- Your ticket will be valid for the new date
- If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement
- Refund requests after this period will not be accepted
3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Generally, tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However:
- More than 7 days before event: 80% refund may be available (subject to organizer policy)
- 3-7 days before event: 50% refund may be available (subject to organizer policy)
- Less than 3 days before event: No refund available
Note: Refund availability varies by event. Please check the specific event's refund policy before purchasing.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues during purchase that result in duplicate charges:
- Contact us immediately with your transaction details
- We will investigate and process refunds for duplicate charges
- Refunds for technical issues are processed within 3-5 business days
5. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your account and go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Request Refund" (if available)
- Fill out the refund request form
- Wait for confirmation email

6. Refund Processing Time

7. Non-Refundable Items
- Service fees and booking charges
- Tickets purchased through third-party resellers
- Tickets for events that have already occurred
- Tickets where the buyer failed to attend without prior notice
