Refund Policy

Important: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer:

  • Full refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email notification about the cancellation and refund

2. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed:

  • Your ticket will be valid for the new date
  • If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement
  • Refund requests after this period will not be accepted

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Generally, tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However:

  • More than 7 days before event: 80% refund may be available (subject to organizer policy)
  • 3-7 days before event: 50% refund may be available (subject to organizer policy)
  • Less than 3 days before event: No refund available

Note: Refund availability varies by event. Please check the specific event's refund policy before purchasing.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues during purchase that result in duplicate charges:

  • Contact us immediately with your transaction details
  • We will investigate and process refunds for duplicate charges
  • Refunds for technical issues are processed within 3-5 business days

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Bookings"
  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  3. Click "Request Refund" (if available)
  4. Fill out the refund request form
  5. Wait for confirmation email

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Service fees and booking charges
  • Tickets purchased through third-party resellers
  • Tickets for events that have already occurred
  • Tickets where the buyer failed to attend without prior notice
